AMELIARA Return & Exchange Policy

At AMELIARA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards.
Final sale or clearance items.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items unless received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AMELIARA is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
